Suggestion:- i saw Votekicking in one of the server(not in COd) anyway it can help us when Admins,Operators are away! . VK should be Done with some limitation Like He should play all the week , he should be above rank 5 etc.
We can also add a rule:-
Abusing VK can be banned or removing VK particularly to him etc

By this all can take part in our Community 
and Hackers can be Kicked by Players also(this is a type of voting . the particular person will only be kicked if we gets required number Votes)

Yep But  i already said it. Votekicking Can be only done by the Guys Who are Rank-5+ and who played for a week. So that it cannt be used by newbies or Unregistered players.
(So that this power Cannt be with in the one guy Permenantly he should unlock it by playing Whole week ,it also increases our Players).and i also suggested some rules Like Abusing=Temp ban or we can remove Votekicking power to that player permenantly
